// the problem

What goes wrong

One command can erase a dayA forced push, a hard reset or a clean can remove work that was never saved anywhere else. They are quick to type and impossible to take back.
An AI types them with confidenceWhen an AI is stuck on a merge, a hard reset can look like a tidy way out. It will run it unless something asks first.
// what adams does

What Adams does

Catches the dangerous formsCommands that rewrite shared history or discard uncommitted work are held for a decision.
Says what is at stakeYou see what would change or be lost before you answer, not after.
Leaves normal git aloneCommits, branches, pulls and ordinary pushes go through without a prompt.

Questions

Is this free?

Yes. Git guards are part of Lite.

Can I still force push when I mean to?

Yes. The guard asks. You decide, and your yes is the only thing that lets it through.

Does it replace backups?

No. Push your work to a remote often. The guard stops mistakes, it does not store copies.
