Who sells Adams

Adams is made, sold and operated by UpgradIQ, Inc. These terms are between you and UpgradIQ, Inc. They apply when you install Adams Lite or buy Adams Pro.

One license

One license covers Lite and Pro. It lets you install and use Adams on your own devices as these terms allow. It is personal, not exclusive and not transferable. Adams is licensed to you, not sold, and stays the property of UpgradIQ, Inc.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile or take apart Adams, except where the law gives you that right and cannot be set aside. You may not remove or work around its license, integrity or device checks. You may not copy, share, resell, sublicense or redistribute Adams or any part of it, including Pro files.

Anything these terms do not allow needs written permission from UpgradIQ, Inc. Ask through the contact form at getadams.com/contact.

Lite is free

Lite is free to keep, with no trial and no expiry. It is covered by the same license.

One device per seat

A Pro seat has one key and runs on one device. Buy one seat per person. Keep your key private and do not share it.

To move a seat, run adams deactivate on the bound device, or reset it once every 30 days through the link sent to your purchase email.

Yearly plans

A yearly seat renews each year at the price you first paid. Founders keep their price at every renewal. To stop renewing, use the contact form before the renewal date.

Prices are final. No tax is added at checkout.

If you do not renew

Each seat includes updates until the date adams license shows. After that date you keep working on the last version you paid for. Only new updates stop.

Lifetime seat

A lifetime seat is one payment with no renewals. It is sold only during the founding tier and capped at 100 seats. It covers every update, for as long as UpgradIQ, Inc. publishes Adams.

All sales are final

All sales are final. Pro is a digital license delivered the moment you pay. At checkout you confirm: I agree that Adams Pro is delivered immediately and I lose my right to withdraw once delivery begins.

This does not limit any right the law gives you that cannot be waived.

Later releases

Each release is added to Pro as it ships. Nothing is part of Pro before the release that ships it.

No warranty and limits

Adams is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, UpgradIQ, Inc. is not liable for indirect or lost-profit loss, and its total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for Adams in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your license

If you break these terms, UpgradIQ, Inc. may end your license and revoke your seat. You may stop using Adams at any time.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. A change never raises the price of a seat you already hold.
